Coordinator for Logistics Processes (m/w/d)
Location: Heilbronn (Neckar) Employment Type: Shift work, Full-time Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Collaborate closely with production teams to manage material flow and optimize supply chain processes
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Manage documentation related to shipment, receiving, and internal transfers with accuracy
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain up-to-date records and support reporting requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and communication
- Valid forklift license is a plus but not mandatory
