For a highly regarded hospital, we are seeking to fill the position of a Deputy Head Physician (m/w/d) or an Advanced Trainee Physician (m/w/d) in Emergency Medicine immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Your responsibilities:

Coordination and communication with emergency services and acting as liaison to referring physicians
Supporting the training and education of assistant physicians working in the emergency department
Contributing to the interdisciplinary advancement of organizational processes within the emergency department
Participation in on-call duties, including a maximum of two weekends per month, with presence during core working hours on weekdays
Regular participation in advanced training courses (ACLS, ATLS, etc.)
Engagement in regular resuscitation and simulation training sessions

Your profile:

Specialist physician (m/w/d) or advanced trainee (m/w/d) in surgical disciplines holding a German medical license
Broad clinical experience with proficiency in emergency medicine
Possession of or willingness to obtain the additional qualification "clinical acute and emergency medicine"
High sense of responsibility and flexibility
Enthusiasm for teaching junior colleagues and actively participating in their education, including sonography and diagnostic procedures
