Key Responsibilities

Provide expert orthopedic medical care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical interventions.
Take clinical leadership within the orthopedic department, overseeing patient management and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, fostering professional development.
Participate actively in on-call rotations to ensure continuous patient care availability.
Contribute to the clinic’s quality management initiatives and process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

Valid medical license (Approbation) and board certification (Facharzt) in Orthopedics.
Proven experience in a senior orthopedic physician role with leadership responsibilities.
Strong clinical and surgical skills in orthopedics.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Commitment to patient-focused care and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Additional academic qualifications such as habilitation or venia legendi are advantageous but not mandatory.
