Logistics Supervisor (m/w/d)
Location: Sternenfels Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards
- Manage and operate various warehouse vehicles including forklifts and transporters
- Coordinate inbound and outbound goods processes, including loading, unloading, and quality checks
- Lead inventory management activities such as stocktaking and accuracy verification
- Support order scheduling and dispatch planning to meet customer deadlines
- Facilitate communication between logistics, production, and customer service teams
- Adapt flexibly to varying tasks across logistics and production environments
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a related field
- Proven experience operating forklifts and securing loads according to regulations
- Proficient with MS Office applications for reporting and coordination
- Valid forklift license and Class B driving license required
- Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements
