Your Responsibilities
As a project manager specialized in electrical substation systems, you will oversee the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of installation and maintenance projects within medium, high, and extra-high voltage environments. Your role includes leading multidisciplinary teams on-site across various locations in Germany, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and quality guidelines throughout all project phases.

Manage and organize construction sites focused on medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear installations
Independently supervise installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities nationwide
Provide technical leadership and training to team members, ensuring work quality and adherence to project specifications
Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations, technical norms, and quality standards in accordance with DGUV V1

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for operational technology or an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
Proven professional experience with medium and high voltage switchgear systems
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and leadership capabilities
High willingness to travel and work on-site, along with a valid Class B driving license
