Your Responsibilities
As a Construction Supervisor specializing in electrical substations, you will be in charge of overseeing the planning, execution, and quality assurance of installation, maintenance, and commissioning work in medium, high, and extra-high voltage environments. You will lead teams on-site across various locations in Germany, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Supervise and coordinate construction sites involving medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear installations
Independently manage installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities nationwide
Provide technical guidance and training to team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of work performed
Ensure adherence to occupational safety requirements, technical norms, and quality standards according to DGUV V1

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for operational technology or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
Proven experience working with medium and high voltage switchgear systems
Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and assertiveness
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site, valid Class B driving license
