We are seeking a dedicated Specialist (m/w/d) in Internal and General Medicine for one of the largest ambulatory care centers (MVZ) in Germany, located in the greater Jena area. This position offers a direct employment contract with our client, while Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH supports you throughout the entire application process free of charge, from initial contact to contract signing.
Your Responsibilities:

Independently manage outpatient care of patients within a multidisciplinary medical team
Contribute actively to the expansion and development of outpatient primary care structures
Implement and maintain high standards of medical quality and patient care
Collaborate professionally and across disciplines with all team members involved in patient care

Your Profile:

Board certification in General Medicine or Internal Medicine
Comprehensive knowledge of general medical services
Independent, organized, and efficient working style combined with personal commitment
Strong communication skills, counseling competence, and a professional demeanor
