Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality, appropriate medical care for orthopedic patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Independent specialist treatment and comprehensive patient management
- Leadership, development, and motivation of the orthopedic department team
- Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with referring physicians and other healthcare facilities
- Managing administrative and clinical operational duties within the department
- Participation in specialist on-call services and background medical duties
Your Profile:
- Medical license and specialist certification in orthopedics
- Experience in rehabilitation medicine including social medical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills combined with an open and communicative leadership style
- High social competence, empathy, and reliability
