We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Consultant (m/w/d) specializing in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care to join a well-established hospital renowned for its excellence in patient care. Your Responsibilities:

Providing expert anesthesiological care to patients in the operating theatre and on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
Leading and participating in the ongoing development and optimization of the anesthesiology department
Collaborating closely with other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care
Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and trainees
Contributing to quality management and clinical research initiatives
Participating in on-call duties and emergency response planning

Your Profile:

Completed specialist training in anesthesiology with board certification
Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
Strong communication abilities and a patient-centered approach
Willingness to actively engage in organizational and clinical process improvements
Fluency in German and proficiency in medical documentation
