Your Responsibilities:

Conduct structured initial assessments of incoming patients
Manage and coordinate acute care services
Participate actively in the treatment of emergency patients
Supervise and mentor physicians in training
Collaborate closely and respectfully with specialized departments and emergency services

Your Profile:

Specialist physician (m/w/d) in anesthesiology, internal medicine, or general medicine with solid expertise in primary care of unstable patients
Practical experience in preclinical emergency medicine, intensive care, and ultrasound diagnostics is advantageous
Strong interest in interdisciplinary emergency medicine
Excellent teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills
