Lead Senior Physician – Internal Medicine with Oncology Focus in a Renowned Rehabilitation Clinic
Your Responsibilities:

Take on the leadership role overseeing the Internal Medicine department with a specialization in Oncology and Hematology.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior physicians and medical staff in training.
Deliver comprehensive medical and social-medical care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Perform and interpret advanced internal diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to ECG, long-term ECG, ultrasound, echocardiography, and spiroergometry.
Drive the strategic development and continuous improvement of the department’s clinical and operational protocols, incorporating innovative treatment approaches.

Your Profile:

Board certification in Internal Medicine with a focus on Oncology, Hematology, or related specialties such as Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, or Urology.
Valid German medical license (Approbation) or successful completion of the specialist language examination, along with German language proficiency at C1 level or higher for international applicants.
Several years of professional experience, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
Commitment to actively shaping and enhancing medical treatment concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, teamwork, and effective communication.
High sense of responsibility, dedication, and adaptability.
Demonstrated professional and personal competencies that inspire confidence.
