We are seeking an experienced Senior Physician (Oberarzt) specializing in vascular surgery for a well-established hospital northwest of Kaiserslautern. This full-time position offers a direct employment contract with the healthcare institution. Your Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the daily operations of the vascular surgery ward
- Providing both conservative and surgical care to patients with vascular conditions
- Actively contributing to the professional development and training of the department’s staff
- Collaborating closely within a dedicated and motivated multidisciplinary team
Your Profile
- Completed specialist training in vascular surgery with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience
- Proven track record in a senior physician role or similar leadership position
- Strong commitment to teamwork, personal responsibility, and independent working style
- Engagement in quality assurance initiatives and clinical certification projects
- High communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients
