Your Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, including individual and group therapy formats such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
Lead and supervise junior medical staff and psychologists in training, fostering their professional development.
Participate actively in the on-call service and contribute to quality management and clinical research projects.
Engage in administrative duties and support the clinic’s strategic goals through leadership in clinical care.

Your Profile:

Board-certified Consultant Physician (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine with full specialist training authorization.
Demonstrated leadership skills and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring colleagues.
A proactive and creative approach to shaping a dynamic and patient-centered work environment.
