We are seeking a dedicated Senior Consultant (m/w/d) specializing in Anesthesia and Intensive Care for a well-established clinic in Halberstadt. Your Responsibilities:

Leading the interdisciplinary intensive care unit as the deputy to the chief physician.
Providing expert care to patients across all specializations and age groups.
Contributing to the training and development of medical and nursing staff.
Participating in on-call duties, including standby and emergency response shifts.

Your Profile:

Recognized medical specialist qualification in Anesthesiology in Germany.
Additional certification in Anesthesiological Intensive Care Medicine.
Mandatory additional qualification in Emergency or Rescue Medicine.
Experience with renal replacement therapies and percutaneous tracheotomy is advantageous.
Prior leadership experience is desirable.
Commitment, initiative, and a process-oriented approach to daily organizational tasks.
Strong teamwork skills and a motivating personality.
