Your Responsibilities

Applying various industrial coating techniques to wooden profiles, including spray, roller, and curtain coating methods
Operating and monitoring production machinery such as automated spray booths and drying ovens to ensure efficient workflow
Conducting quality control checks throughout the production process, including color matching, surface smoothness, and defect identification
Packaging finished products carefully according to detailed customer specifications and preparing them for shipment
Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Adhering to safety regulations and company standards during all phases of production
Flexibility to work in a two-shift system to meet production demands

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in painting, coating technology, or a related field
Practical experience in wood surface treatment, with familiarity in handling different types of wood such as oak, pine, or beech
Solid knowledge of paints, varnishes, and stains used in industrial wood finishing
Good technical understanding and ability to operate machinery independently
Excellent color perception and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes
Strong communication skills in German (written and spoken) to follow instructions and collaborate effectively
Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
