We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Clinical Lead (m/w/d) to join our distinguished rehabilitation center immediately. Responsibilities

Providing expert medical care for patients with a broad range of psychosomatic conditions within the rehabilitation setting.
Overseeing the comprehensive medical management of assigned patients, ensuring adherence to therapeutic concepts and internal and external quality management standards to fulfill rehabilitation objectives.
Collaborating in the development and enhancement of therapeutic programs and expanding specialized treatment areas.
Conducting therapy monitoring and performing social-medical assessments.
Participating in on-call duties and the clinic's continuing education initiatives.
Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Your Profile

Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team.
High degree of self-responsibility, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
Experience in leadership with a cooperative management style.
Knowledge in social medicine is advantageous.
