Your responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the perioperative and critical care departments
Assume a key leadership role within the clinical management team for anesthesia and intensive care services
Foster interdisciplinary cooperation with medical colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Oversee comprehensive perioperative and intensive care treatment plans
Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior physicians and medical trainees
Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment protocols and quality standards
Participate in both front-line and background on-call duties related to anesthesia and intensive care

Your profile:

Completed specialist training in anesthesiology
Additional qualifications in intensive care medicine and emergency medicine are highly desirable
Experience in emergency medical services and leadership roles within intensive care units is advantageous
Strong social and communication skills
Business acumen with the ability to optimize clinical processes
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and process enhancement
Proactive, open-minded, and independent working style
Mandatory proof of measles immunization in accordance with legal requirements
