Position: Automated Paving Machine Operator & Maintenance Assistant (m/w/d)
Location: Kronau (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift operation
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per weekYour Responsibilities
- Operating and controlling automated paving stone production machines with precision and care
- Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications
- Performing detailed quality checks on finished paving stones, including visual inspection and measurement
- Detecting and troubleshooting operational disruptions promptly to minimize downtime
- Assisting with routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure machine reliability
- Documenting production data and quality results accurately
- Collaborating with the technical team to improve production efficiency and product quality
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in a manual or industrial field (e.g., machine operator, mechanic, electrician) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in operating automated machinery or production lines is preferred
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong technical understanding and a keen eye for quality
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Reliability, teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
