Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management and care of inpatient gynecological and obstetric patients, including detailed examinations, diagnostics, and documentation
- Leading both routine and high-risk deliveries, ensuring optimal care and management of birth-related injuries
- Performing gynecological surgical procedures independently, adhering to clinical guidelines and safety standards
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to continuous departmental improvement
