Your responsibilities:
- Medical validation of laboratory results and consultation with referring physicians
- Participation in on-call and weekend duty rotations
- Coordination and management of laboratory sectors within the matrix structure, focusing on innovation, quality management, and controlling
- Development and revision of informational materials for referring physicians and patients
- Organization and contribution to continuing education events
- Training and mentoring of assistant staff (m/w/d)
- Support in hospital laboratory services
Your profile:
- Completed medical degree (Humanmedizin)
- Board certification or near completion in Laboratory Medicine
