Position: Machine Operation Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Knittlingen
Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift system
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per weekYour Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe workflows
- Set up, adjust, and start machines according to production plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain machine functionality
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Document production data, machine conditions, and any deviations accurately
- Collaborate with technical and quality assurance teams to optimize production efficiency
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in machine operation, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in machine operation and production environments is desirable
- Strong technical understanding and a careful, methodical approach to work
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- German language skills at least at B-level
- Team player with flexibility, reliability, and commitment
