Position: Order Management Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per weekYour Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with relevant departments
- Accurately enter, verify, and process orders within the ERP system
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact person for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and delivery schedules
- Handle customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with the appropriate departments
- Generate detailed reports and documentation for internal and external use
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of workflows and order processing procedures
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office clerk, or equivalent)
- Experience in order processing, quotation preparation, or customer support is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and a structured approach to work
- High degree of teamwork, reliability, and initiative
