Position Overview
International Order Processing Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Germersheim
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor international logistical operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and verify pro forma, commercial, and customs invoices for domestic and international clients.
- Generate and manage shipping documentation such as delivery notes and packing lists in compliance with international trade regulations, customer requirements, and letter of credit terms.
- Maintain and update relevant customs and export documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners both domestically and abroad to optimize order processing workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent dual study program.
- Initial experience in customs and export processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Structured, independent, and customer-focused working style.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability, especially when managing complex projects.
