Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior specialist (m/w/d) to join a well-respected hospital in the Greater Thuringia region. Candidate Profile

Possession of a valid German medical license (Approbation).
Board certification in fields such as Anesthesiology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine, or a surgical specialty.
Additional qualification in specialized pain therapy.
Proven experience in a responsible clinical role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and a patient-centered approach.
Openness to integrative and holistic therapeutic methods.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within a multimodal inpatient pain management program.
Leading the clinical development and organizational enhancement of the pain management department.
Collaborating closely with various medical disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
