Your Responsibilities:
- Expert and compassionate care of patients presenting to the emergency department
- Training, supervision, and mentoring of assistant physicians
- Active participation in the strategic development and continuous improvement of the emergency department
Your Profile:
- Completed specialist training as a physician (Facharzt) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- Valid German medical license (Approbation) and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and confident professional demeanor
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and professional groups within the hospital
