We are seeking a dedicated Senior Pediatric Medicine Specialist (m/w/d) for a well-respected hospital located northwest of Kaiserslautern. Your Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate pediatric medical services with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
Manage and mentor junior medical staff and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
Delegate non-medical tasks to qualified support personnel to optimize clinical workflows
Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality assurance measures
Promote and engage in continuous medical education and training activities for yourself and your team
Contribute to the hospital’s strategic goals by participating in committees and development projects
Facilitate communication between departments and with patients’ families to ensure holistic care
Support neonatal care initiatives, with opportunities for further training in neonatology

Your Profile:

Board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in pediatric medicine
Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Preferably with knowledge or interest in neonatology, with training available
