Position: Toolmaking Technician (m/w/d)
Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time with possible shift work
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, maintenance, and repair of precision tools and molds essential for manufacturing processes
- Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and production equipment to ensure high operational standards
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines with precision and efficiency
- Assembling and adjusting tooling components to meet strict quality and dimensional requirements
- Conducting detailed quality checks to verify tool accuracy and compliance with technical specifications
- Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to optimize tooling workflows and resolve technical challenges
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a tooling mechanic or an equivalent technical qualification
- Practical experience in metalworking and CNC programming
- Knowledge of plastics processing is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
