Your responsibilities:

Clinical and organizational leadership of the ambulatory psychiatric care unit
Development and implementation of innovative outpatient treatment concepts and regional care strategies
Supervision and mentoring of junior doctors during their outpatient psychotherapy training
Participation in specialist on-call duties and provision of coverage during inpatient staff absences
Management responsibilities including quality assurance and departmental coordination

Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
