A renowned rehabilitation clinic in the Frankfurt region is seeking to immediately hire a Senior Physician specializing in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Your Responsibilities:

Managing the care of rehabilitative patients, including leading and coordinating the clinical team
Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans and monitoring therapeutic progress
Conducting social-medical assessments and preparing the medical sections of discharge summaries
Taking on personnel leadership and team coordination duties
Enhancing the integration of inpatient and outpatient services within the department
Participating in on-call duties and background service as required

Your Profile:

Medical license recognized in Germany
Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy
Strong interest in social medicine and interdisciplinary collaboration
Commitment to actively shaping and improving medical treatment concepts
Empathetic approach with a strong patient-centered focus
