Your responsibilities:

Leading a secured ward and a psychotherapy unit with senior medical oversight
Providing expert and compassionate care to patients with acute psychiatric and trauma-related disorders
Training and mentoring assistant physicians and psychologists
Contributing to the strategic planning and development of your department

Your profile:

Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
Valid German medical license (Approbation) and excellent German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
Proven experience in psychotherapeutic care and trauma therapy
Enthusiastic, responsible, and confident professional demeanor
Collaborative and team-oriented approach working with various clinical departments and professional groups
