- Coordinate and support sales-related logistics activities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to manage inventory levels and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products according to sales specifications and compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication between warehouse, transport, and sales departments to optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report on shipment status to sales and customer service teams.
- Support the preparation of sales documentation and customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all logistics operations.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in sales, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in coordinating sales and logistics processes, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
