TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning focused on geriatric care
- Participating in ward rounds and interdisciplinary case conferences

- Managing discharge planning and follow-up care arrangements
- Engaging in on-call duties according to the hospital’s scheduling
