Your responsibilities:

Assist the head physician in managing clinical workflows and operational processes within the neurology department
Act as deputy for the head physician during absences, ensuring seamless leadership continuity
Perform neurological diagnostics, examinations, and consultations in line with clinical protocols
Oversee inpatient care for neurology patients, including stroke unit and intermediate care station responsibilities
Manage interdisciplinary patients with neurological comorbidities within the geriatrics center
Provide neurological care in early rehabilitation programs, leading a multidisciplinary team comprising nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neuropsychology, and social work

Your profile:

Specialist qualification in neurology or combined neurology and psychiatry
Proven clinical experience in specialist and senior physician roles within neurology
Expertise in Doppler duplex sonography (extra- and intracranial) and neurological electrophysiology
Strong team orientation and open communication style
High commitment to patient-centered care and ability to maintain composure in critical situations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to drive innovation and optimize clinical processes
