We are seeking dedicated physicians in training (m/w/d) specializing in psychiatry and psychotherapy to join a certified and highly respected psychiatric hospital in Freilassing. This opportunity offers a direct employment contract with our client, supported by our personnel consulting team which accompanies you throughout the entire hiring process free of charge.
Your Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions across the full spectrum of psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and psychosomatic conditions on specialized wards following a rotation system.
Participate regularly in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care.
Prepare expert reports and scientific presentations to support clinical and academic activities.
Engage actively in the development of clinical concepts and contribute to interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Implement and uphold internal quality standards to maintain high levels of patient care.
