For our client in Karlsruhe, we are seeking a motivated Vertriebskoordinator Innendienst (m/w/d) to join their team.
Location: Karlsruhe (Baden) Employment type: Full-time Working hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively managing and tracking customer inquiries and orders to ensure timely processing
- Preparing detailed and customized sales offers and confirming orders accurately
- Overseeing and coordinating delivery schedules and procurement activities
- Maintaining comprehensive and precise customer and order data within internal systems
- Collaborating closely with field sales representatives and various departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role within the internal sales environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a collaborative mindset
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
