Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the innovation and optimization of clinical processes
- Driving strategic development and growth of the psychiatric department
- Representing the clinic professionally in clinical, organizational, and academic matters
- Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across medical specialties
- Supervising and mentoring assistant physicians and medical students from the Medical University of Brandenburg
Your Profile:
- Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- Extensive leadership experience with a commitment to high-quality patient care across the full spectrum of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services
- Inclusive and appreciative leadership style
- Strong interdisciplinary mindset and collaborative approach
- Experience working with somatic medicine or additional qualifications such as pain psychotherapy or neurology are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, engagement, assertiveness, and organizational competence
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or recovery status
