We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Physician (m/w/d) in Psychiatry to lead the development of a new location for a well-respected social psychiatric center in the greater Rostock area. Your Profile:
- Valid German medical license (Approbation)
- Board certification as a Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to build and expand modern care structures

Your Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with mental health conditions
- Conducting individual therapy sessions and, if desired, group therapies
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team including other specialists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals
