Position: Process & Equipment Technician (m/w/d)
Location: Knittlingen
Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift system
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per weekYour Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise complex production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
- Configure, adjust, and commission machines according to production plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs to maintain optimal machine performance
- Monitor production workflows and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Accurately document production data, machine statuses, and any operational anomalies
- Collaborate closely with technical and quality assurance teams to identify and implement process improvements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in machine operation, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Practical experience in operating machinery and working within production environments is advantageous
- Strong technical aptitude combined with a meticulous and responsible work approach
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Proficient German language skills (minimum B-level)
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and reliability
