Position: Machine Operator for Paper Processing (m/w/d)
Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per weekYour Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery used in the production of brochures and other paper products from large paper rolls.
- Monitor machine performance continuously to ensure smooth, efficient production.
- Document production processes and maintain quality records.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
- Adhere strictly to quality standards and production targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure safety compliance.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience operating production machines, preferably in paper processing or a related field.
- Basic skills in machine maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to perform minor tool changes and adjustments independently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
