We are seeking a dedicated Senior Psychiatric and Psychotherapeutic Specialist (m/w/d) for a well-established clinic in the Leipzig metropolitan area. Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a motivated, interdisciplinary team on a general psychiatric ward
- Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of clinical services with your expertise and focus areas
- Participating in the specialist on-call duty (on-call service)
- Conducting psychiatric consultations as part of the consultation service

Your Profile:
- Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy with a valid German license to practice medicine
- Clinical experience in psychiatry and psychotherapy

- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- Ability to structure and plan effectively
