- Deliver expert anesthesia care to patients in the operating room and on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit.
- Independently manage and coordinate daily clinical workflows ensuring efficiency and patient safety.
- Collaborate professionally and openly with various medical departments within the hospital.
- Implement and uphold internal clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Participate actively in on-call and standby duties.
- Opportunity to engage in emergency medical services (Notarztdienst).
Candidate Profile:
- Recognized German specialist qualification in anesthesiology.
- Additional certifications in intensive care medicine and/or emergency medicine are advantageous.
- Strong sense of responsibility with a proactive approach to improving clinical processes.
