Your responsibilities:
- Medical assessment and admission of patients with musculoskeletal and trauma-related conditions
- Conducting diagnostic procedures and formulating treatment plans
- Independent management of inpatient and outpatient care
- Preparing and reviewing individualized therapy strategies
- Participating in complex surgical operations with increasing autonomy
- Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Performing discharge examinations and comprehensive patient consultations
- Drafting concise medical reports and detailed discharge summaries for referring physicians
- Regular patient rounds reviewing medication and recovery progress
- Participating in on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Providing emergency care and rapid decision-making in urgent cases
Your profile:
- Board-certified specialist (Facharzt) in musculoskeletal and trauma surgery (m/w/d) or advanced trainee (Assistenzarzt) with substantial progress in orthopedic and trauma surgery training
- Strong patient-centered approach and service orientation
- Commitment, assertiveness, and innovation in implementing new treatment methods and process improvements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
