Your Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive inpatient care and management within the field of internal medicine, following a rotational training approach.
Collaborating closely and respectfully with interdisciplinary teams, including other medical specialties, nursing staff, and hospital administration.
Active participation in on-call duties to support continuous patient care.
Implementing and adhering to internal clinical standards and evidence-based guidelines to ensure high-quality medical care.

Your Profile:

Medical professionals at the beginning or in the midst of their specialist training in general medicine.
Holding a valid German medical license (Approbation).
For non-native speakers: excellent German language skills, evidenced by a C1 certificate or equivalent.
A strong passion and dedication to the field of internal and general medicine.
Empathetic communication skills and a patient-centered approach when interacting with patients and their families.
Proactive attitude and organizational skills to manage daily clinical workflows effectively.
Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and collaborative care.
