Your Responsibilities:
- Co-leading and organizing the orthopedic department
- Planning patient admissions and contributing to the development of quality objectives
- Supervising assistant physicians in orthopedics, including conducting specialist rounds, training, onboarding new staff, reviewing medical correspondence, and addressing social medicine issues
- Providing medical and social-medical care for rehabilitation patients
- Conceptual advancement of the department, including integrating your own medical focus areas
- Taking on quality management tasks, such as designing processes at the interface between medical services, sports therapy, physiotherapy, physical therapy, and nursing services
Your Profile:
- Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery
- Recognized medical license in Germany with several years of professional experience and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Strong professional and personal competencies in rehabilitation and social medicine, ideally with additional qualifications
- Commitment to actively shaping and further developing the medical concept of orthopedics
