We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to join a highly regarded social psychiatric center planning to expand with a new facility in the Greater Kiel region. This position involves a permanent employment contract directly with our client. Your Profile:
- You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation)
- Board certification as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
- Extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders
- Commitment and creativity in patient care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to develop and implement modern care structures
- Flexibility and willingness to pursue ongoing professional and personal development
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with psychiatric conditions
- Conduct individual therapies and, if desired, group therapies
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
