Qualitative research: Organize focus groups and A/B tests to help developing our brands according to customer needs
Performance analysis & menu engineering: Analyse the performance of our brands, dishes and products and find appropriate solutions to further strengthen quality and revenue
Process management: manage the successful implementation of menu adjustments in the UK across different stakeholders
A strong passion for food and a sense for the latest trends with experience working in the food industry
Business degree (economics, business administration or food sciences with economics focus)
