We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Responsibilities include onboarding and developing a set of strategic partners, understanding their services, technical solutions, vertical focus, expertise and licensing models. You will work close aligned to the AWS account team and with other AWS Partner Development Managers and Partner Solution Architects.

The right person will possess Partner Acquisition, Management or Development experience in the software/technology industry in the German market, specifically in the "Mittelstand" segment.

· Strong business and technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like open source software, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models.

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.

· Strong consultative customer facing and persuasion skills

· Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.

· Strong analytical and program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting hundreds of customers/partners.
