We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for the DACH & Nordic markets
  • Participate in strategic planning, development of staffing, capital and operating budgets
  • Develop annual business plans for key accounts across all sales channels, including marketing programs, pricing, comprehensive annual account level plans and forecasts
  • Manage key customer relationships at both strategic and executional level to deliver results
  • Work collaboratively with the global Sales leadership team and produce weekly reports on the teams progress
  • Promote Peakon’s values and drive that culture throughout the office
  • Build a culture of learning and development

  • Must have a perfect command of German
  • Proven experience successfully growing and scaling a SaaS/Tech company in the German market
  • 3-5 years experience in managing a B2B SaaS sales team
  • Pre-existing network of Sales talent
  • A natural leader that is happy working autonomously
  • Great attitude towards “getting the job done”
  • Experience developing an incredible work environment/culture, and collaborating closely with HQ
