We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Take responsibility for the strategic long-term planning, budgeting and forecast process
  • Perform monthly/quarterly "landing" per countries on topline (rides/revenue) and bottomline (EBIT)
  • Be in charge of securing quality of monthly accounts per countries submitted to the shareholders, that require a close work with accounting teams
  • Conduct the analysis of means reallocation between countries depending on markets opportunities/risks
  • Work in a close collaboration with the businesses (regional and general managers) as well as other HQ functions (marketing, strategy, HR) to prepare accurate models with which the business can make strategic decisions
  • Provide financial modelling for specific ad hoc projects including data analysis and project analysis
  • Develop new reports and financial reporting tools as necessary to meet the demands of the business
  • Support the business in championing change management; driving improvements to financial accountability across the business and improving financial processes to improve overall efficiency

  • Experience building and managing teams, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to understand accounting issues and having a close relationship with accounting teams, consolidation and Group controlling teams
  • You’ve an intuitive understanding of what drives a business model in a given market – and the ability to validate this using financial and commercial data
  • A degree with good honours from a top tier university in a business related discipline; MBA would be an advantage
  • Significant experience in auditing, controlling, commercial finance or similar field
  • Experience working in very fast growing/moving business
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience building relationships across all business areas, levels and teams, can provide examples of overcoming cultural barriers to build strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders (not just focusing on senior management team)
