We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Advice and support managers and employees in the respective support areas in all personnel-related matters as well as labour law issues in German and English
  • Advice on the HR impact of strategic and operational decisions and initiatives
  • Operational support for a defined employee group from entry to exit
  • Continuous and systematic development of the organizational structure and HR processes
  • Implementation and support of HR processes (annual interviews, performance appraisal, personnel development, succession planning, etc.) including process control and handling
  • Implementation of leadership workshops
  • Close cooperation with all areas of the HR team
  • Participation in projects for the implementation of personnel strategy and personnel policy measures

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, law or social sciences or a comparable degree or education

  • Relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner/Personnel Manager in a dynamic, international environment; interest in e-commerce, lifestyle and fashion

  • Familiarity with the full range of operational HR topics
  • Independent and success- and result-oriented working methods as well as a distinct "hands on" mentality
  • A distinctive feeling for different people, their situations and needs combined with communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and with enthusiasm, communication and persuasion, initiative
  • Business fluent English language skills due to the international nature of the company
  • Enjoying ever new challenges in a rapidly growing work and business environment
